Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Fee/Deposit
The deposit of £200 confirms your booking and Scottish Photos will not make any other bookings for that day.
The deposit will be deducted from the balance of the package price which must be paid at least one week before the wedding date.
2. Cancellation
If a client cancels within 12 months of the date of the wedding then this deposit is non-refundable.
3. Payments
The balance of the package price must be paid at least one week before the wedding date. Payments can be made by Paypal or by cheque payable to Scottish Photos. Clients must make a final decision on the type of package chosen at this time.
4. Liability
Scottish Photos is covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. If we are unable to supply photographs of your day due to memory card failure or sickness, liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. In the event of sickness we will endeavour to find a replacement photographer but cannot guarantee this.
5. Copyright
The client owns the copyright to approximately 100-200 fully-edited images which they will receive on a cd or dvd in jpg format.
6. Images
Scottish Photos will keep your images backed up for a period of 3 months after your wedding. A replacement cd/dvd can be purchased for a nominal fee during this period.
